  • Completamente lavabile in lavatrice e asciugabile in asciugatrice a bassa temperatura.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 4 reviews.

Bought a cool mat for our dog. Really great, clever product. Not fat and full off gel like other mats - this one is thin but feels cool to the touch. Our dog took to it straight away and obviously took comfort from it during the recent hot spell. Really glad we bought this product and would recommend it to everyone.

Frostcore™ Cooling Mat - Waffle Ash Blue

I love the cooling mat and think Lloyd would to if I could only get him to use it. I have tried so many ways to get him to use it but all he will do is stand on it for a bit and then walk off. I've layed on it so he could see how to use it and I've enticed him with treats on it and he gobbles the treats and then walks away, Good customer service for returns and exchanges, fortunately.

Its okay. Not as cooling as gel mats, though.

Frostcore™ Cooling Mat - Waffle Ash Blue

Store owner replied: Hello Marion, Thank you for your review. We're glad you gave our cooling mat a try and appreciate your feedback. Our FrostCore™ Cooling Mat is designed differently from gel-based cooling mats, using cooling fabric that draws heat away from your dog's body rather than relying on cooling gel. While the experience may feel different, we understand it may not have matched your expectations. If you have questions or need assistance, someone from our team can help at service@sparkpaws.com. Best, Spark Paws Team
